Indietracks music festival at heritage railway 30 minutes from Nottingham will be the quirkiest weekend of the summer – Nottinghamshire Live

Because everyone loves music and trains

Tickets please and all aboard – Derbyshire’s quirkiest music festival is returning to the county’s train tracks.

Indietracks warms the hearts and souls of its fiercely loyal fans who flock to the Midland Railway Centre, in Butterley, each July for fun, laughter and a healthy dose of good music.

Now into its second decade at the heritage railway site, bands play on the trains as they ramble through the beautiful Derbyshire countryside.

Engine sheds and even the tabernacle church on the site are transformed into stages while there are non-musical activities for the young and old. Indietracks music festival at heritage railway 30 minutes from Nottingham will be the quirkiest weekend of the summer – Nottinghamshire Live
